Bedell BTB-24-LH-G

For you lefties out there, here is your ticket to an outstanding acoustic guitar at an unbelievable price.  As a natural lefty, I inherited my sister's right-handed guitar.  Thus began my long excuse of blaming my playing on not having a left-hander to start with.  And, in 1978, finding a beginner guitar for a south paw was near impossible at best.

Even though people have figured out being left-handed isn't evil, guitar players needing a polar opposite of a standard right-handed model were directed to either the product catalogue or the neglected stepchild, banished to a far, dark corner of the store.  Not because it's left-handed, but because it's not a very good guitar.  Bedell comes to the rescue with a true separate but equal offering in the BTB 24.  This guitar is a true work of art in build quality, playability, and beauty.

Now, I may still use a left-handed mitt, or kick a soccer ball using my left leg, I continue to play a six string on a right-handed guitar….I don't mention golf, because my game is terrible right or left, so lets just stick to guitars.  Since I can't play this one, I had a couple left-handed artists make a few strums.  The cedar top yields a lush sound with warm overtones, but carries a nice punch thanks to the solid Indian rosewood back and sides.  In addition to the phenomenal sound, players report excellent playability and a guitar that is very balanced and comfortable to play.
