For items that do not qualify for free shipping (shopping carts totaling less than $149.00*, or products exceeding weight and size limitations, we have provided discounted flat rates to keep our prices competitive, and to make your shopping experience with us easier.

Corner Music offers FREE SHIPPING to any item or shopping cart totaling $149.00 or more to all customers inside the lower 48 States.  While we can’t offer entirely free shipping to our valued customers in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please contact us with your zip code, and we will provide you with a discounted shipping rate.  For Canadian customers, please be aware of import duties.

Items up to $100.00

Any product(s) purchased from our online store equaling up to $100.00 will enjoy insured UPS ground shipping of $6.00 to anywhere in the lower 48 United States. As per our shipping policies, all other residents wishing to order a product online must please email us for a shipping estimate.

Items totaling $100.00 to $149.00

For all products totaling between $100.00 and $149.00, insured UPS ground shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 United States will enjoy a flat shipping rate of $12.00. For residences outside of this shipping zone, please email us for a shipping quote to your location.

 

Oversized Items & Heavy-Freight Packages

Items in excess of 70 lbs. and/or larger than 130" will pay a fixed shipping rate of $50.00. Only residences in the lower 48 United States qualify for this amount, and customers living outside this zone must email us for a shipping quote.

Corner Music uses UPS Ground shipping to the continental United States, and will only ship items fully insured.  Customers in Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges.  For Rush delivery, you must contact our store prior to placing your order, so you can be given a quote on rush services

Corner Music will only ship to those in the United States and Canada.  The only exceptions are for existing customers already established in our data base.  In this case, existing customers living overseas must first contact our store via telephone to discuss the shipping method and costs.  Please be aware of additional import duties you may incur depending on the importation policies of your current country of residence.

You will be given a period of 48 hours from the time you received your package to inspect your order. If the instrument does not meet your expectations, call and notify us within that time. Then ship the instrument back to Corner Music, packed safely in the same shipping carton the item arrived in. The instrument must be insured, and in the same condition you received it in.  No refunds will be offered after the 48-hour approval period, and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund, if the instrument appears to have any signs of excessive use, wear or damage not on the item prior to leaving our store.  The amount will be determined based on the condition of the product after inspection.

If your item has been damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately, and also contact UPS with your tracking number and packing information.  If you are able to take pictures of the damage, please do so.  UPS will also perform an in-house inspection to evaluate the extent of their liabilities.  Upon inspection, UPS will issue an RA number, in which you are not required to pay shipping.  Upon receipt of the package, Corner Music will either reimburse or replace your product.

There is no sales tax on items sent outside the state of Tennessee.  For all Tennessee residents, a 9.25% sales tax will be added to the price of your order.
