Eastman E8D -TC Dreadnought Thermally-Cured Sitka Spruce/Solid Rosewood
The E8D-TC offers traditional dreadnought power, tone and style. The thermally cured sold Sika spruce top lets this new arrival speak like an old, experienced player. Powerful low end is evenly balanced with meaty mids and clear highs.
While the design is classic, the E8D-TC adds some elegant touches, with herringbone purfling and multi-ply binding. The mahogany neck has volute construction and a 1 3/4” ebony fretboard with small abalone snowflake inlays. Open-gear tuners and butterbean buttons add a nod to the early glory days of this popular workhorse performer. A hardshell case is included.
