Yamaha BB734ADCS 4-String Bass - Dark Coffee Sunburst
The versatile new BB734ADCS bass starts with a newly designed smaller body for greater comfort. The alder/maple/alder “pancake”-style construction and 6-bolt mitered neck joint deliver plenty of crisp attack, midrange focus and improved sustain.
A durable 5-ply maple/mahogany bolt-on neck resists warping and twisting, and adds even more definition to the sound. A pair of P/J-style YGD Custom V7 pickups are routed through a 3-band Active/Passive EQ to give you increased tonal range and punch—in either mode. And a rear-mounted battery alert LED lets you know when it’s time to change, so you can avoid sudden power loss during a show or session.
The Vintage Plus Bridge allows for body-thru stringing at a 45º angle, or top-mounting to the bridge. The convertible saddle that can be adjusted to 2 different angles: rounder for a slightly softer sound, or angled for a slightly tighter one.The BB734ADCS really delivers power, big sound and broad tonal palette for the discerning player.
