Sadowsky NYC Deluxe Satin MV5 Caramel Burst/Maple
Sadowsky fans have been excited about the new, lower-cost Satin Series basses. Now they’re available with a something extra! These new flame-top models are available exclusively at Sadowsky NYC Boutique dealers (Corner is one of only three in the U.S.), and they’re 100% American-made NYC instruments, offering the premium NYC look and feel at a more-attractive starting price.
This Deluxe Satin Series bass features a beautiful Caramel Burst Flame Maple top over a lightweight (8.2 lbs) chambered Alder body. The maple neck has a maple fretboard with traditional 21-fret configuration. The neck also features a graphite strip for even tonal response.
The great Sadowsky sound comes from a pair of J-J humbucking pickups routed though a Sadowsky preamp with Volume, Pan, and Vintage Tone Control (VTC) w/ bypass switch, including stacked treble/bass boost controls. A deluxe Sadowsky soft case (hard-sided, form-fitted, padded bag) is included.
*This bass has been marked down $100 (from Sadowsky) due to a flaw in the satin finish. We have yet to find the flaw, so it must not be very noticeable!
