Eastman MD415 F-Style Mandolin - Gold Top
Bill Monroe probably wouldn't like this, but we sure do! The Eastman MD415-GD mandolin offers classic “F” style design and construction—carved solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides—with a bold, gold nitro finish, maple neck, bound ebony fingerboard and adjustable ebony bridge.
The gold top is accented with multi-ply ivoroid binding. With its glossy mahogany back and sides, the MD415 echoes the subdued flash of another popular gold-top rock classic, while the shape and tone from the F-style body fit the traditional bluegrass model: bright and articulate, with plenty of mids—and totally ready for the stage.
The MD415 mandolin offers an excellent buy in a new-look, traditionally styled F-style mando. A hardshell case is included.
