Korg Volca FM Digital Synthesizer

The Volca FM is a three-voice digital Frequency Modulation synthesizer. It reproduces the sound engine of a classic FM synthesizer, and provides compatibility (6 operators and 32 algorithms) on top of it. Volca’s interface makes it easy to manipulate distinctive FM sounds—even if you're not familiar with the complexities of FM synthesis.

Volca FM makes sound editing simpler with the MODULATOR/CARRIER super-easy edit knobs. Knob movements are mapped to multiple parameters for easy-to-understand sound changes. And if you’re already into FM editing, the Parameter List Guide makes full parameter edits a breeze.

A lush, fat chorus effect adds depth to your sounds. The 16-step sequencer provides new functions such as WARP ACTIVE STEP and PATTERN CHAIN that let you make even more powerful rhythm patterns.

Compact size, battery operation and a built-in speaker let you take the Volca FM anywhere, or sync easily with any of the other Volca series synths.
