Eastman SB59/v-BK
The SB59/v-BK combnines classic SB59 construction and Eastman’s hand-rubbed antique varnish finish in black for vintage feel and appearance. A pair of Lollar Aged/Wound Imperial Humbuckers gives the SB57/v-BK balanced, warm tone and sustain, appropriate for an older maple/mahogany classic.
Along with the two-piece maple top and single piece mahogany body, the neck is solid mahogany with ebony fretboard and pearl crown inlays. The top and fingerboard are bound in ivoroid. Aged nickel Gotoh hardware adds to the road-worn look but delivers dependable, modern functionality. A deluxe hardshell case is included.
