The top and fingerboard are both bound in ivoroid. The instrument features a thin, antique violin-style varnish topcoat that has an experienced, worn patina that \u003ci\u003e\u003cem\u003eisn’t\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/i\u003e just another “controlled-beating” relic treatment, but an authentic, vintage appearance.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eA pair of Lollar Custom Aged\/Wound Imperial humbucking pickups \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/b\u003egives the SB59\/v-GB plenty of attack, sustain and warmth. Aged nickel Gotoh hardware adds to the road-worn look but delivers dependable, modern functionality. A hardshell case is included.
