Sitka spruce top over mahogany sides/back give it the perfect balance of presence and warmth. The J-45 produces plenty of low end punch, but not at the expense of mids and highs—perfect for recording and live use.
The 24 3/4” scale makes the J-45 a bit easier to play than many square-shouldered dreadnoughts, but with no loss of power. And the Vintage Sunburst finish gives it a classic appearance, appropriate for any venue or style of music.
