If you're looking for an affordable North American guitar, the Art & Lutherie Legacy series offers a lightweight, compact guitar with balanced acoustic tone, easy playability and great looks. Made in Canada, using 95% locally-sourced wood*
Legacy concert models deliver fine sound and quality at a very reasonable price. The top is solid spruce with single-ply binding; back and sides are laminated wild cherry. The comfortable maple neck features a rosewood fretboard.
The quality control on A&L guitars is excellent. The smaller size of the Legacy models makes them perfect for students, traveling or easy playing at home. Inexpensive but not cheap, A&L guitars consistently deliver tone and playability.
*A&L stresses sustainability. Whenever possible, they use previously felled timber from Canadian forests, and never clear-cut.
