DiMarzio’s computer-controlled winding process ensures consistent layering of 42-gauge custom-coated wire, with a custom formula dip that eliminates squeal and microphonics.

The humbucker’s cover is crafted from nickel-silver, offering more magnetically transparent plating than vintage models. Smooth but never muddy, the PAF® 36th Anniversary Neck model works well in both neck and bridge positions, while the PAF® 36th Anniversary Bridge is wound hotter, ideal for set-neck or bolt-on guitars with tremolos.
