The grand auditorium-size cutaway body features solid Koa top, back, and sides for a warm, balanced tone, with smooth low end and plenty of clarity and projection. A sound port on the upper bout delivers additional volume to the player, and a contrasting Koa arm contour adds extra comfort and additional aesthetic interest.
The body and maple neck feature a clear natural finish to show off the natural beauty of the Koa. The body, fingerboard, and headstock are complemented by maple binding and gold hardware. Additional features include an ebony bridge, bound ebony fretboard, and abalone maple-leaf inlays. The contrasting mother-of-pearl/abalone headstock inlay is exceptional.
