This is a really fun Eastman for someone who wants a comfortable, intimate little acoustic with a distinctive look and plenty of personality.This is a small bodied 00-style guitar with a solid Koa top, back, and sides, and it’s one of those guitars that looks great sitting on the wall but really starts to make sense once you get it in your hands.
The Traditional Even "C" mahogany neck and 12" ebony fingerboard are really comfortable, and at just 4 lbs 2 oz, this is an easy guitar to sit with for a while. The ebony bridge, custom open-gear tuners, and tortoise pickguard keep things pretty classic, while the side soundhole gives you more volume in playing position.
Then there’s the Koa itself. The figured wood, rosewood binding, and turquoise/magenta purfling give this one a lot of visual character, with the snakewood rosette and abalone details adding some really nice touches. It’s definitely a little more dressed up than your average small-body acoustic. Comes with the hardshell case.
