So while this Epiphone Les Paul Special isn’t exactly a correct throwback, it’s a fitting tribute to his association with the brand he played for so many years.
The Epiphone Les Paul Special is part of the "Inspired by Gibson" collection and is designed to recreate the look, feel and sound of the original. Featuring a mahogany body with TV Yellow gloss finish and powered behind P-90 PRO Soapbar single-coil pickups and CTS electronics. A mahogany neck with '50s vintage profile (meaning: it's not skinny!) and 12" Indian Laurel fingerboard helps deliver the classic looks while also providing comfortability.
