Fender Aerodyne Special Jazz Bass

Fender has reintroduced their coveted Aerodyne guitars and basses in the all new Aerodyne Special. The Aerodyne Special Series offers a more contemporary take on classic Fender designs with premium appointments, excellent tone, and sleek new looks with vibrant colors.

This Aerodyne Special Jazz bass features a bound, lightweight (8.3lbs!) basswood body with a Dolphin Gray metallic finish with matching headstock. A modern "C" shape maple neck with 12" radius rosewood fingerboard offers comfortable playability while the combo of a Babicz Z-Series FCH-4 bridge and Fender's open gear tuners provide excellent tuning stability.

The pickups are Fender's brand new Aerodyne Specials. These pickups are vintage-voiced and help deliver the classic jazz bass tone we all know and love. The controls include a middle pickup volume, bridge pickup volume, and a master tone for easy balancing.
