Fender Stories Collection Mike Campbell Red Dog Telecaster 2025 - Red Dog Red
Fender Stories Collection Mike Campbell Red Dog Telecaster 2025 - Red Dog Red
Based on the 1972 Tele that helped shape classics like “Refugee,” this one brings serious vibe, killer tone, and a ton of character straight out of the case.
Finished in a beautifully aged Red Dog Red lacquer, the guitar feels like a road-worn favorite the minute you pick it up. The early-’70s “C”-shaped maple neck, 7.25” radius, and vintage-style frets make it super comfortable, while the custom pickup set — two vintage-inspired humbuckers and a Tele-style bridge single-coil — gives you a wide range of tones from smooth and warm to bright and biting.
One of the coolest features is the switchable “Destruct” circuit — a nod to Campbell’s original mod that gives you an extra boost when you want to step out front. Add the Bigsby B5F tremolo, custom neck plate, and a vintage-style case with all the extras, and you’ve got a seriously unique instrument with soul, history, and serious stage appeal.
