G. Gould GGi4 2025 - Tropical Lagoon
G. Gould GGi4 2025 - Tropical Lagoon
Geoff Gould never ceases to amaze us with his amazing basses. This one features a rare Tropical Lagoon finish over a premium quilted maple top. The back is lightweight alder, making the GGi4 a comfortable, balanced, easy-to-play bass. Low-mass Gotoh tuners and an aluminum ABM bridge help bring this in at just over 8 lbs.
The graphite neck has a phenolic fingerboard with 24 frets and 34" scale. The electronics package features EMG X pickups (EMG-CSX humbucker in the bridge, and the EMG-CSX-GG in the neck). These are run through the EMG-BTS Active Bass and Treble system. The result is great sound and feel to match the gorgeous look.
If you're not familiar with G. Gould, Geoff Gould is known as "the Godfather of Graphite." As founder and president of Modulus Graphite, Geoff introduced the world to carbon fiber composite-neck basses. Now he's crafting spectacular instruments with his G. Gould Music brand.
