Geoff Gould is known as "The Godfather of Graphite." As founder and president of Modulus Graphite, Geoff introduced the world to carbon fiber composite-neck basses. Now he’s crafting spectacular instruments with his eponymous G.Gould Music brand.
About This GGi5
This GGi5 features an attention-getting high-gloss Tropical Lagoon finish over a beautifully quilted maple top and lightweight alder body. The graphite neck has a phenolic fingerboard with 24 frets. It has a 35" scale—another Gould innovation—to allow proper tension on the low B string.
Electronics
The electronics package features EMG X pickups through a proprietary G.Gould EQ system with active Bass and Treble controls. Great sound to match the gorgeous look.
