The Gold Tone CC-50R banjo features a maple rim with a rolled brass tone ring and a maple resonator for a bright, articulate tone. The fast-action neck is made from hard maple, complemented by a rosewood fingerboard for easy and accurate fingering. The CC-50RP offers the versatility of two banjos in one; players can quickly detach the 13-inch maple resonator for a darker, warmer tone, ideal for clawhammer and folk styles.
Other features include a geared fifth-string peg, a maple bridge with an ebony cap, a Terminator tailpiece, and GT Planetary tuners. Additionally, it comes with a gig bag for easy transport.
