The LR Baggs Align Session compressor and saturation pedal is a subtle compressor—specifically designed for use with acoustic instruments—that evens out high and low volume variations in your playing.
Unlike standard compression that can squash your entire signal, the Session’s Comp EQ features 3 narrowly focused bands of compression that tame common problem frequencies—so you'll actually hear your guitar better (and mix engineers will appreciate your signal).
These low, mid, and high frequency compressors are essentially “touch-sensitive” EQs that respond in real-time to your dynamics. The harder you strum, the more they compress and vice versa.
The Align Session works as a boost pedal too, raising your total level. The bottom line is cleaner, more studio-quality sound and performance from your acoustic guitar.
