The LSL One Series are handmade in the USA, just like the original LSL models, but with features that offer tremendous savings. One Series guitars feature a thin, satin nitro lacquer finish (rather than gloss), limited relic/distressed finishes, and satin-finished, roasted maple necks standard—features that make these boutique instruments much more affordable.
This lightweight (6lbs 14oz) T-Bone One features a satin Vintage Cream finish (medium relic). The neck is roasted maple with a comfortable "Medium C" profile—hefty enough but very easy to play—and roasted maple fingerboard.
The pickups arecustom-wound LSL vintage-voiced single-coil T-style. Other features include aged hardware, dome knobs, a 1-ply aged black pickguard, string-through-body mounting and brass barrel bridges.
Like every LSL, it was made almost entirely made by hand—just the way you’d make it, if you could. As a matter of fact, company owner Lance Lerman says, “We build them all for ourselves but then we have to sell them.” You can tell.
