Martin D-17 2025 - Natural
Martin D-17 2025 - Natural
There’s something really comforting about an all-mahogany Martin, and the D-17 carries that vibe in the best way. It has that familiar dreadnought power, but the tone is warmer and woodier than a spruce-top — a little rounder on the highs, focused through the mids, and full without ever feeling harsh or boomy. Strumming feels really natural and musical, and single notes sit nicely in that sweet spot where they cut but still feel smooth.
The neck is super easy to get along with — the Modified Low Oval profile and wider 1.75" nut give you plenty of room without feeling chunky, and the satin finish helps it feel broken-in from day one. The ebony fingerboard and bridge, open-gear tuners, bone nut and saddle, and that dark satin mahogany finish give it a simple, classy, very “Martin” look that never tries too hard.
