The Reverend Sensei starts with an original double cutaway design made of solid Korina and finished in the always classy, silver burst. Two innovative Railhammer Chisel pickups are primed for explosive rock tone, with blade magnets under your wound strings for tighter lows and poles under your plain strings for fatter highs. Its medium oval neck profile and 12-inch-radius ebony fretboard set a fantastic foundation for fast, precise playability. The bridge is tune-o-matic style with a stop tailpiece. Reverend’s Pin-Lock tuners help assure tuning stability and quick string changes
It gets better: Reverend’s bass contour control lets you roll off lows. It’s a great way to get even more range out of a single pickup.
Why We Like Reverend Guitars
The Reverend line has a combination nouveau/retro, unique thing. A little different—less over-hyped “thinking out of the box” and more just “building their own box.” We like their tone, their good-sounding pickups and the easy playability of their necks. They have great finishes—some new ideas. And Reverend guitars are priced reasonably. We all like that. In a nutshell, they’re different but great.
