If you like a bright, tight bass sound, you'll love Ampeg's SVT-410HLF. This rig delivers defined highs and devastating low-end—all the way down to 28Hz—thanks to four 10" speakers working together.

The SVT-410HLF loves low end. Four 10" drivers in a ported cabinet design actually move 10% more air than two 18" speakers and 25% more than three 15" speakers. Those giants simply can't respond to transient peaks as quickly as 10" speakers.

Plus, with its 1" horn driver, strategically crossed over at 4kHz, you'll get all the crisp highs and every ounce of attack. The horn is controlled with a variable level attenuator and wired in series with a resistive bulb to prevent overpowering and damaging the driver.

The cabinet features dual Neutrik Speak-On and 1/4-inch input and output jacks.

Ampeg's world-renowned Classic Series Cabinets are synonymous with bass—they've set the standard for decades.

Why We Like Ampeg Bass Amps

The Ampeg name is synonymous with bass. From the classic Portaflex amps that were seen on nearly every bandstand and recording studio in the early 1960s, to the massive SVT heads and cabinets that still define arena-caliber touring rigs, Ampeg has always meant great bass amplification. Clean, classic low-end tone has always been a given. Stage-rattling power and road-defying build quality have only added to the legend.

We’ve seen a lot of excellent bass amp designs come and go, but these amps just keep pumping it out—nothing has weathered over 60 years of bass amplification like Ampeg. We know it works. That’s why we like it.
