The Universal Audio UAFX Ruby ’63 Top Boost Amplifier Pedal is a premium amp-emulation pedal designed to capture the character and response of a 1963-style British Class A tube amplifier, including its distinctive chime, compression, and touch-sensitive breakup.
The Ruby ’63 goes beyond a simple overdrive pedal, recreating the feel of an entire amplifier and speaker setup in a compact stompbox. It delivers everything from sparkling, articulate cleans to gritty, harmonically rich overdrive, making it particularly well suited to British rock, indie, blues, country, and ambient guitar tones.
