The Jupiter Bass is designed after the first ever model made by the brothers of Valiant guitars, the Jupiter guitar. It features a familiar offset design while also having modern features for today's musician. If you've been looking for a custom-made, one-of-a-kind bass that sounds as good as it looks, but don't want to pay "Custom Shop" prices, then look no further.
This Jupiter Bass features a lightweight Alder body with a 3-tone sunburst finish. The maple neck features a comfortable "C" profile and 12" roasted hornbeam fingerboard and jumbo frets allow for easy playing.
This bass is also versatile. Loaded with Valiants own PJ-Custom pickups, this bass allows for plenty of low-end growl and the vintage P & J bass tone we all know and love. Valiants Duralumin bridge and Gotoh tuners also allow for great tuning stability. Weighing at only 8lbs also makes this comfortable to play on those longer gigs. A case is included.
This bass is listed as B-Stock due to a very minor blemish on the back towards the bottom. (See pic).
