The VOX V847-A Classic Reissue Wah Pedal is a modern recreation of the iconic wah sound that helped define the electric guitar tones of the 1960s and ’70s. Based on the original VOX wah design, it delivers a smooth, vocal-like frequency sweep that works especially well for blues, rock, funk, and classic rock.
The V847-A features a traditional rocker-style treadle for expressive control, allowing you to sweep from deep, bass-heavy tones to bright, cutting highs. Its buffered bypass design helps maintain signal integrity when the pedal is disengaged, while the rugged enclosure is built for dependable stage use.
