The Warm Audio Reamper is one of those pieces of studio gear that starts out as “oh this could be useful” and quickly turns into something you end up using all the time.
Super handy for reamping tracks out of your DAW through amps and pedals, running line-level gear into guitar rigs, capturing clean DI tracks alongside your amp tone, or even integrating virtual cab setups into your workflow. Just a really flexible studio tool overall.
It also has a built-in 50W power soak, so you can run a tube amp into it for silent recording with cab sims or IR loaders. But just to avoid confusion, this isn’t really meant to be a traditional attenuator/load box in the same lane as something like a UA OX. The focus here is more on routing, reamping, and creative studio applications.
CineMag transformers throughout keep everything sounding full and natural, and like most Warm Audio stuff, it’s straightforward, solid, and easy to get along with.
If you record at home or like experimenting with signal chains, this thing opens up a lot of possibilities pretty quickly.
